  • Pricing & Availability: All product prices and shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
  • Currencies: Prices are displayed in IDR, AUD, or other supported local currencies based on your selected market settings.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT PROCESSING

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
  • Pending Payments: For orders placed using Virtual Accounts, QRIS, or manual bank transfers, payment must be completed within the designated expiry window (e.g., 1–2 hours). Unpaid orders will automatically expire, and held stock will be released back into inventory.
  • Accuracy of Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination (e.g., Bali, Rest of Indonesia, or International destinations).
  • Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance procedures, or public holidays.
  • GLO Rituals is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred on international shipments; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and photographs of the defect to initiate an exchange or replacement.
